GameplayAn unusual arcade puzzle where reaction time matters as much as aim. Developers refined the concept of Japanese Quarth and implemented it well. Hard to quit, not too easy either — start on at least Medium difficulty.

GraphicsIn still shots Cindy Block may look simple, but in motion it comes alive: objects fall smoothly and vanish beautifully. The title screen is clever — solid blocks in 3D space with little clash. There are two screens, the second with a night city, also very atmospheric.

SoundGood aggressive tunes with drum’n’bass, jungle, other EDM, plus good in-game sound. Audio is on par with the rest, though digitized speech is not very clear.

GameplayVery addictive. I did not expect to get sucked into this, but I could not stop playing.

8

GameplayWay too easy on the LOW level of game. It takes ages before it gets harder — so long that I got bored.. Should have left this off. Start on the game on MED, that should have been the easiest mode. Quite an original game, which is hard to do nowadays consi

8

GraphicsGood but simple loading screen — suits the game. Nice intro sequence. Menus are well laid out & presented. In-game graphics are simple but well drawn & are entirely appropriate for the game itself.

7

Sound128k tunes are a bit of a jumble — I don't find them pleasant on the ears. Digitised speech is a bit indistinct, could do with being clearer.

GameplayPlaybility is great, perhaps a few more power-ups would increase the diversity of the game, very fast, even with loads of sprites and animations, but the level of difficulty is low, because the blocks stop fallling when shooted

8

GraphicsBlocks, but artistic in an abstract kind of way, nice effects on border of the board

8

SoundHi-tech and agressive music but becomes repetitive

7

El Mundo del Spectrum

8

GraphicsVery original and colorful design.

6

SoundSound and music create a great atmosphere without becoming tiring.
